The last two years has upended the workforce as we knew it.
Some things that were highly desirable before the pandemic are table stakes now. Paying to market, work from home, paid vacation time — everybody is doing these things. To win the war for talent companies need to understand that employees want more: a purpose-driven company, social responsibility, and meaningful work.
